Catching Up...

Man, I have lots to catch up on. The last 5 days have been super busy!
My meetings in Atlanta went great but I'm really glad they are over - but thankful for easy and safe travels.
Keith, Kathy, Dad and I were supposed to go see Toby Keith in concert last Thursday night. They headed up here only to have the concert postponed until September 16th. We had terrible weather with tornado's even hitting the OB. We jokingly told Shan that she can't be in labor that day so we can go to the concert. We'll see... =)
Then it was off to B'ham Friday morning. We had Henley's shower Saturday morning and a paint party Saturday night. There will be lots more to come on these 2 events -- including about 397 pictures from the shower.
But, first I wanted to show off some fresh veggies:

A guy at work brought me some fresh okra.
That we promptly breaded and fried!
It was delicious and the best way to have okra in my opinion!
Keith showing off how HUGE this zucchini is! Bob grew this one in the garden at their house. Massive - I need to know what Bob is feeding these guys!
We sauteed the squash and zucchini with an onion and some butter.
Some fresh tomato's -- good thing I LOVE tomato's because I've eaten about 1 a day for the past month of so...
Just a picture of my lil buddy -- so cute!
Some updated pictures of my garden -- my Mom has been asking.
The second round of peppers are popping up now.
Spot those green tomato's?
So full and green.

Next up lots of pictures from the shower (and the rest of the weekend)-- It's going to be hard to narrow them down. I may have to do several posts - she got so much cute stuff. But I should have some up tomorrow. It feels good to be back!
