Sweet Treats

Below are some peanut butter squares I made for our holiday lunch yesterday in Tulsa and for our lunch today in Oklahoma City (which is where I am at the moment). They are so delicious and so easy! I highly recommend them! I found them here.

Here is the recipe:
2 sticks butter
1 cup peanut butter
1 package graham crackers
1 box of powdered sugar
1 bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips

Melt the butter. Grind the graham crackers. Mix everything together but the chocolate. Put into a casserole dish and smash it down. Melt the chocolate and pour on top. Put in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes. Take out and go ahead and cut into squares. Then pop back in the fridge for about another hour so they can continue to harden. See...easy peasy!

So good! Keith and I plan on making some more holiday goodies this weekend. I'll be sure to share! I'm scared to get back on the scale Monday when I go to the Dr. with all of the eating I've been doing...but oh well, tis the season!
