Christmas 2009 recap....finally!

We had a great Christmas! It was so nice to go home and spend lots of time with family and friends! We ran around like crazy trying to visit with everyone but we wouldn't have it any other way!

We left Tulsa Tuesday afternoon and drove to Memphis. We spent Tuesday night in Memphis and got up Wednesday morning and headed to Birmingham. Wednesday night a group of my girlfriends got together for dinner (pictures coming!). Then Thursday was Christmas Eve.

Christmas Eve we had lunch at Keith's parents and visited with them and Brian, Candy & Colton! Then we headed to my Mom's for dinner and did Christmas with the extended family! Christmas morning I got to go see what Santa left for Harper and Henley and then we had brunch at my Mom's and did more Christmas. We headed to my Dad's that afternoon for dinner and to hang out and do our Christmas with them and that side of the family! Then Saturday we had lunch at Kathy's parents and did our Christmas over there. See -- we did do a lot of running around! Then it was time to head back. We drove to Memphis Saturday afternoon and spent the night there and got up Sunday morning and drove back to Tulsa! It went by entirely too fast!

We enjoyed all of our yearly traditions:
Watching "A Christmas Story" on the 24 hour marathon
New PJ's to open Christmas Eve
Opening gifts one person at a time
These just name a few...

It was a great Christmas! "Santa" was good to me --my big gift was a video camera! It's awesome and I know will be so handy with a new little one! I can't wait to start sharing some videos!

And since a post wouldn't be complete without pictures, I put some together in the slide show below for you guys! I took so many pictures and I had a really hard time narrowing them down but I did so enjoy!

My friend Whit planned an AUsome surprise for our girls night and it deserves a post all to that will be coming very soon!!
