We headed out to the backyard one afternoonto get some pictures of the kiddos. Below is about the best we could do with a 3 yr. old, 9 month old, and 4 month old. I have a feeling this will only get harder as we (hopefully) add more to the picture!
We had the BEST week with my sister, the girlies, and Blake. I'm so very thankful for being able to spend a whole week with them and make some precious memories. My house is quiet, my heart is sad and I have a lump in my throat just writing this post because I miss them so much already and I know it will be several months before I see them again. It is times like this that I really question why we ever thought it would be a good idea to move to OK. But I really do believe this is where God wants us to be right now and I am trusting in Him!
My sister is my very best friend and although I talk to her all day long everyday on the phone it was awesome to spend time hanging out with her face to face. She is the best mommy and her and Blake have raised the sweetest girls you can ever imagine. Harper has the kindest heart and is absolutely hilarious. She was my buddy all week. I wish she were sitting beside me now talking to me in her sweet little voice! And Henley is so happy. She is like a little monkey now. She doesn't want to sit still or be held...she wants to be on the move. And her caterpillar crawl is the cutest thing you've ever seen.
It was a week filled with fun! We baked cupcakes, played outside, colored, sewed, shopped, cooked dinner, took pictures, and loved on each other. Some great memories were made! Below are some pictures from the week.
Harper with her baby, Mason, and Saw Man.
Saw giving Harp a "kiss" Baking cupcakes with my buddy. The best part...licking the batter. Aunt Shan snuggled up with her little nephew. Happy Henley. Always has her little tongue out. It is so neat that they are only 4.5 months apart. I knew they are going to be best buddies. Our blue eyed babies. Cooper loves Sawyer...he is never too far away. With my favorite girls! Silly face. Sweet Harpy giving me the I love you sign. Harpy doing her "sewing" while Shan and I did ours. Goofing off together. There are more pictures I want to share but I figured this was enough for one day.
Here are some pictures from Keith's first Father's Day!
We had a good day and it was even better because my sister, Blake and the girls arrived for a visit (they arrived om Saturday afternoon). Well, Blake is actually working in Oklahoma City this week but Shan and the girls are staying with us and we are having so much fun. I'll have lots of pics to share, soon,
I don't care what anyone else says, I think Saw is starting to favor me some!
