Some pictures of our weekend.

We had a pretty low key weekend.  But is was nice!  I only took a handful of pictures but thought I would share.

We got Sawyer this chair for his birthday.  He loves it.  He mostly treats it as a jungle gym now but he's starting to sit in it some.  And I know he will when he's a little older.

Strawberry cupcakes.

Swinging...the higher the better.

Finished this book.  It ws really good.

Harper turns 4 this week.  How is that even possible?!  So we got her birthday present ready so I can mail it today.

Sunday night dinner.  Hamburger steak with gravy and onions, homemade mashed potatos & carrots.

Saw had his first oreo...watching him eat it was worth the mess it created.

I was using a different memory card and there were some pictures on it when Saw was a tiny baby.  Here he is at 11 days old.  SO precious -- I can barely remember him that small!

Another birthday celebration!

I planned a surprise birthday party for Keith while we were home.  He has a really big birthday in March and I knew we wouldn't be home for it so I wanted to go ahead and do something special.  So, it was a long, fun day of celebrating!

The same lady who did Sawyer's smash cake and cookies did Keith's cake and it turned out so good!

He was pretty surprised.  This was taken a split second after he muttered to me: "What is this for".  Guess it being a whole month early really threw him off!

All the surprise yelling scared Sawyer...poor guy didn't know why everyone started yelling.

It was so great to see so many friends and our family!

Getting some help blowing out the candles.  Sawyer had a big day with all the cake he got to eat!

Super cool cake -- and it tasted as good as it looked!

Some shots of the kiddos.

It was a really fun night and I was relieved that I/we were actually able to pull it off!

Sawyer's Sock Monkey themed 1st Birthday Party!

Finally...here are the pictures from Sawyer's first birthday party.
A lot of love went into this party -- most everything was home made by a couple of people who love this little boy SO much.  It was a great day!

He has changed so much.   I will use this birthday board every year -- not for monthly pictures but for random birthday surprises.  Cards, birthday money, little treats, etc.

Favors and some awesome cookies we had made.  Plus a framed picture of our monkey!

Precious smash cake and cupcakes.

Birthday hat that we stayed up way too late making the night before - but I'm so glad we did.  It turned out really cute!

Keith's mom made this cheese ball shaped like a monkey.  It turned out really cute!

Some pictures of the food.  We served hot dogs, chicken nuggets, chips, slaw, cheese ball and crackers, cupcakes, banana pudding and cookies.

The birthday boy enjoying lunch.

Door wreath.

Sweet cousins and friends.

Cake time!  Sawyer's favorite part of the party.

Present time!

Thanks Uncle Jon for videoing!

Best we could get ~ he was over all the pictures at this point!

Sawyer & Fearing - best buds!

This picture keeps getting harder!

It was great party.  Everything turned out great and Sawyer did awesome!
Happy Birthday to my buddy!
