joyfully jumping

We got a warm day last week and spent some time outside.  Sawyer wanted to jump and jump and jump.
He's a few weeks shy of 3 years old.  That thought puts a lump in my throat.  But I know there is still so much good yet to come.  And that makes my heart happy.  Two has been such a good age for us.  Yes, very trying at times because with two also came much more independence and defiance.  But so much personality and hilarity.  I remember the good.

I adore this kid.  Kid, gulp.
I tell him everyday that I love him.
More than anything in the whole world.
 And I mean it.
I tell him everyday that he is my favorite.
(I also tell Graham everyday that he is my favorite.  A mama knows you can have more than 1 favorite. ;).
There is so much to say.
But the words are impossible.
So I just pray that he feels it -- deep in his soul.
That his mommy's love for him is unconditional.
Unshakable.
That I am so honored and proud to call him mine.

Tipper, such a passionate post triggered by the simple act of watching your child jump on his trampoline -- I totally get it. The love a mother has for her children is fierce, unending and everlasting. One of my greatest joys now is to see you and Shannon being such awesome and amazing moms!

Always remember... Once a mom, always a mom, and no matter how grown your kids are, they will always be your precious babies.
Cherish every day and savor every moment. Xo~ I Love You More!
