school's out for summer...

Another school year has wrapped up.  We are looking forward to summer!  Although the kiddos still have to get up and go to summer care it just feels different -- more laid back, no more bus to catch, days off with grandparents, baseball camp, staying up later, etc.

Sawyer had an awesome year in 1st grade.  We LOVE his teacher and are sad to leave her.  She was the sweetest.  He loves PE, recess, lunch (although he doesn't eat much at school - combination of being picky and talking!), math and reading.  He's gotten really into reading - which I love.  His favorite is currently The Magic Treehouse and Captain Underpants.

Graham finished up 4k and is so ready for Kindergarten.  I can't believe my baby boy is headed to big school.  But I know he will do awesome.  He came so far this year with his (starting) reading, sight words and writing.

MK has probably physically changed the most.  She's grown several inches (so has her hair!).  She learned tons this year (colors, shapes, numbers, etc.) and talks our ears off all the time. It's hard to get a word in between her and Graham and their "why" all day long. :)

And couldn't leave out baby sister. :)
And clearly some were more excited than others to take pictures on the last day!

These comparison pictures -- wow!  They have all grown so much!!
Time is a thief!
